Service animal & ESA policy
We serve clients with service animals as defined by the ADA and voluntarily accommodate emotional support animals under the conditions below.
Service animals
Trained dogs and miniature horses only are recognized as service animals under Florida law. Service animals are permitted in treatment areas. Staff may ask whether the animal is required because of a disability and what task it has been trained to perform. We do not require documentation, identification, or vaccination records as a condition of entry.
Emotional support animals
Emotional support animals may be permitted as a clinic courtesy with prior approval, a current letter from a licensed mental health professional, and proof of rabies vaccination.
All animals must
- Remain leashed or harnessed unless a task makes that impossible.
- Be clean, groomed, and odor-controlled.
- Remain off massage tables and linens.
- Be non-disruptive and under the handler's control.
When an animal may be removed
An animal may be excluded or removed if it poses a direct threat, is out of control, causes significant disruption, or violates applicable health codes. Clients remain responsible for damages.
